Do I need an appointment to drop off?
No. Walk-in drop-off needs no appointment. Come Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., we weigh your boxes at the counter, you pay 99 cents a pound plus the $34.90 per-job fees, and the paper is shredded the same business day at the Tewksbury office.
Are you open on weekends?
The counter is open weekdays only. If weekdays are hard, call (978) 636-0301 and ask about a pickup or a witnessed session outside office hours by appointment. We will tell you what we can offer before you book.
Do you have a location in New Hampshire?
No. Our only office is 1215 Main Street, Unit 115 in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, a short drive south of the New Hampshire line. New Hampshire customers drive their boxes down or book a pickup priced by zone, and every job is shredded at the Tewksbury office.
How fast do you answer the contact form?

Can I get a Business Associate Agreement?
